Instructor-Led Courses Email English Training for Global Communication

The Challenge
Employees in a multinational business environment were struggling to write clear, professional emails in English. Messages were often overly casual, unclear, or missing key business conventions, leading to misunderstandings, delays, and reduced confidence in workplace communication.
Design Approach
I designed and facilitated a structured instructor-led training (ILT) program focused on improving clarity, tone, and professionalism in workplace email communication. The course design followed adult learning principles and incorporated modeling, guided practice, and feedback to support skill transfer to real workplace communication.
The course included:
• Models of effective business email structure (openings, closings, tone)
• Guided practice using authentic workplace scenarios
• Peer and instructor feedback on revised emails
• Reflection activities to help learners apply strategies to daily communication
The training emphasized practical application, allowing participants to practice revising real-world messages and receive targeted feedback.
Outcome
Participants developed practical strategies for writing clearer and more professional emails in English. By the end of the training, learners demonstrated improved organization, tone, and confidence in their workplace communication.
The course helped strengthen collaboration within teams and provided employees with tools they could immediately apply in their day-to-day communication.
