What inspires me

My experience working across cultures has informed a calm, deliberate approach to collaboration and problem-solving. With over 20 years of experience teaching yoga and meditation, mindfulness is an established part of my professional practice and supports my ability to stay focused, respond thoughtfully, and communicate clearly when projects are fast-moving or ambiguous.

Outside of work, photography and time outdoors are important ways I recharge.

Who I am

I’m an instructional designer with a Master’s degree in Applied Linguistics/TESOL and a background in Photography and Communications. My work is grounded in instructional design principles and informed by a strong visual design foundation.

I have over a decade of experience designing and facilitating learning across e-learning, curriculum development, and corporate training. I’ve worked in face-to-face, online, and blended environments, supporting learners and organizations with practical, outcome-focused solutions.

Currently, I’m developing an eLearning training module for Habitat for Humanity ReStore volunteers, focused on onboarding, customer service, safety, and communication. I also serve as an IELTS examiner with the British Council and collaborate on freelance instructional design and content development projects.

My Photography

My undergraduate background in photography continues to inform how I observe and frame the world. Photography provides a creative outlet and a way to slow down and focus, complementing my work in visual and learning design.
